Global Salary Increase

Conducted annually for nearly 30 years, this survey provides the valuable insights necessary to improve a global company's understanding of salary increase trends and the various economic factors that influence those numbers.  (Note: Excludes the U.S.

All participants will receive preliminary results on July 17; final results will be issued the last week of August.

 

Last year, nearly 13,000 employers across 30 industry sectors in 120 countries took part in the survey, making it the largest and most comprehensive survey of its kind in the world.

The data we collect:

  • Salary structure and promotional increases
  • Global variable pay practices

The survey is quick and easy to complete, and all participants will receive a complimentary copy of the results. (The value of the full global report is $1,100 USD; the detailed country reports are valued at $650 USD each.)
